Responsibilities
Process ticket sales and will-call pickups using ticketing software TM1 while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist fans with general inquiries including ticket information seating locations and game day policies.
Address and troubleshoot any ticketing concerns such as access issues or incorrect purchases in a professional and courteous manner.
Use computers printers and scanners to manage digital ticket transactions.
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and help create a welcoming atmosphere at USF Athletics events
$14/hr for 5-20 hours/wk
Minimal Qualifications: HS graduate; current USF student
Level 1 Criminal Background check is required
