The Senior Director of Strategy Transformation provides strategic and operational rigor and process leadership for MCS. The Senior Director serves as a key leader responsible for translating and executing operational strategy to drive efficiency scalability and longterm sustainability. This role leads the transformation of business capabilities through strategic planning and execution operational excellence technology integration supply chain management regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Additionally this position is a key contributor to organic business growth and inorganic growth strategies providing operational leadership readiness planning and integration support to ensure alignment with MCS operational capabilities and longterm organizational goals.
Key areas of responsibility include:
The position reports to the MCS Chief Growth Officer and serves as a peer to other MCS functional and business unit leaders. This position will actively participate in senior leadership meetings to deliver program updates serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally to own and drive the transformation process. This position will also work closely with additional business unit leaders to establish track and improve performance metrics supporting each MCS business unit and strategic initiative.
Domestic and international travel is required.

Masters degree in business health care administration or related field and ten years of operational management experience are required.
Operational management experience must include a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal (physician scientist administrative supervisory and allied health staff) and external client stakeholders.
Must have excellent organizational human relations decision-making and problem-solving capabilities as well as excellent presentation and communication skills.
Must possess strong financial analysis and strategic and innovative thinking capabilities.
Must have ability and confidence to effectively function independently be a self-starter a team player and have led direct reports in previous positions.
Must be capable of effectively presenting to internal and external groups at a high level.
Must be accountable adaptable flexible creative dependable responsible and able to perform well within multi-functional environments.
Must be able to manage people and projects simultaneously and to exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing projects while adhering to Mayo Clinic and MCS LLC policies and procedures.
Experience leading customer service domestic and global logistics field-based service teams is a plus.
Operational leadership within an external-facing entity competing in a highly-competitive market is preferred.
