Job Summary

Position: Service Advisor
Location: Palladam
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as Service Advisor / Automotive Service Executive.
Salary : 25000 per month Plus Incentives
Key Responsibilities
* Receive customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements.
* Create job cards and service orders based on customer complaints.
* Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for vehicle inspection and repairs.
* Provide service estimates timelines and cost details to customers.
* Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and explain work completed.
* Promote additional services spare parts and preventive maintenance when required.
* Maintain proper service records and documentation.
* Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
* Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures.
