This post is based in the Organisational Strategy and Performance team and is responsible for day to day management of strategic planning for Social Security Scotland including the co-ordination of the business planning process as well as the production of annual Business Plans and Corporate Plan which are essential to fulfil our governance framework.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the production of the organisational Business Plan and Corporate Plan documents including liaising with colleagues across the organisation on priorities.
Provide support for business planning at divisional level including line of sight to organisational priorities.
Co-ordinate the delivery of the Annual Accounts and Report including leading on the production of the Performance Report section
Provide a strategic narrative on organisational performance and facilitate the publication of the Performance Framework annual report.
Lead the co-ordination of Social Security Scotlands input and response to external scrutiny reviews including Scottish Commission on Social Security reviews and Audit Scotland performance reports working closely with Social Security policy.
