This internship is ideal for a proactive detailoriented student who wants handson experience in program coordination data/KPI reporting facilitator enablement and regional stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Support Program coordination and delivery
- Support planning and execution of regional L&D calendars logistics registrations materials and followups across Brazil Chile and Argentina.
- Help deploy core Talent Development programs on time and in line with regional standards adapting to local needs.
- Assist with adhoc workshops and enablement sessions under guidance from Talent/L&D leads.
- Facilitator and vendor enablement
- Coordinate TraintheTrainer sessions maintain facilitator rosters schedule dryruns and track readiness.
- Support vendor coordination (scheduling basic SOW inputs QA checklists invoice tracking) with HR and Procurement.
- Data KPIs and insights
- Collect and maintain attendance completion and feedback data; update KPI trackers/dashboards (e.g. ontime launch NPS completion rates).
- Prepare concise summary reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Toolkits communications and knowledge management
- Cocreate and localize communications learner guides and facilitator runbooks.
- Maintain shared repositories with clear naming/versioning for easy access and reuse.
- Stakeholder support and collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to align schedules and remove blockers.
- Capture country feedback and contribute to regional collaboration forums.
- Skills-based organization support (exposure)
- Assist with mapping programs to priority skills updating learning paths and coordinating skill assessment logistics.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors program in Business Administration Engineering or Data-related fields.
- Expected graduation July 2028 or later.
- Strong organization and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across markets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel AI tools (Experience with generative AI prompts/workflows for content creation or analysis) spreadsheets and presentation software; ability to build dashboards and reports.
- Advanced English; Spanish is a differentiator.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day (30 hours/week) in one of the following shifts: 9:0016:00 or 10:0017:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- On-site presence required 5 days per week at our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi) located at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima 3729.
