Affiliate and Partnership Manager (Fluent in Spanish)

Overview:

Were looking for an Affiliate Manager to join Novum Bank a fast-growing company in the Fintech space and help scale one of our key acquisition channels.

This role will focus on growing and optimising our affiliate partnerships identifying new opportunities and driving measurable performance across the channel.

Role:

What youll do:

Define and implement the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Identify recruit and negotiate with new affiliate partners and strategic publishers.

Manage and Optimise the existing Affiliate Partner Portfolio.

Monitor and Analyse key KPIs (CPA CPL ROAS revenue conversion rates etc.).

Work closely with Marketing Paid Media CRM and Product teams.

Manage affiliate budgets commissions and incentive structures.

Identify opportunities to expand the affiliate channel in both domestic and international markets.

Skills & Experience:

35 Years Experience in an Affiliate or Performance Marketing role.

Experience Managing Affiliate Networks or Direct Partnerships.

Strong Analytical Mindset and ability to work with Performance Metrics.

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.

Fluent Spanish (Fluent English is a plus)

Experience in Ecommerce Fintech or Digital Businesses is a plus.
