Role and Responsibilities
Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the operations of the Packaging Center Warehouse for HHP Tablet and Accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activities
- Orchestrate and supervise the timely accurate processing of good receiving delivery order inventory cycle count VMI RMA operation
- Develop a 3PL operation and overtime schedule based on a daily production plan
- Prepare and execute physical inventory (PI) review inventory variance reports and claim to 3PL and/or vendors
- Lead and manage weekly meetings of warehouse KPI and of Inventory and improve performance
- Manage and verify Warehouse vendors Claim processes and Register in NERP Claim system follow up close claim# report to finance team
- Support the control of aged material and RMA such as ship back and scrap process
- Collaborate with relevant parties relating to warehouse and local packaging operation to ensure smooth warehouse processing and supporting packaging center operation
- Propose warehouse process improvement plans increase efficiency reduce operational cost and improve quality of operation
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior strong experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing inventory control and/or procurement management systems
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English Korean)
