Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Mailroom Associate!

We are looking for mailroom process associates. On site 100% return to office in Richardson TX.

Responsibilities

Incoming Mail Process

Customer Check payments

Sort incoming customer checks by client

Open and accurately log customer check details as per SOP

Audit check log for accurate details

Deposit checks into appropriate bank accounts.

Research checks details to accurately identify customer

Customer Correspondence

Open all incoming customer mail.

Scan incoming mail into correct Sharepoint folder

Filing Mail

Open all incoming Filings mail.

Sort mail as per SOP

Send recorded documents to El Paso office for additional processing

Track incoming and outgoing rejections

Review and correct documents

Contact county recorders as needed to fix rejections

Process check requests for fee issues/changes expired checks etc.

Failure to work through rejected filings could result in legal risk and SLA misses

Adjust processes to new client/jurisdiction requirements as needed

Other Incoming Mail

Store and scan original Title documents

CCFC original documents need signature and storage

Outgoing Mail Process

Filing Mail (UCC FIX & PUC)

Printing of all UCC related documents as per SOP.

Ensures printed documents are packed to standards and meet quality standards set by local recorders for processing.

Ensures proper postage is used for each mail piece.

Delivers completed documents to USPS personnel or mailboxes for shipping.

Ensures completion of all required batches as per SLA

Outgoing Customer Refunds

Printing of customer refunds on Client specific check stock.

Package customer check into appropriate envelope.

Ensure proper postage is calculated and used.

Outgoing Customer Correspondence & Invoices

Print customer invoices as required

Print ad hoc Voice requested materials

Package appropriately all correspondence/invoice

Ensure proper postage is calculated and used.

Monitor mailing supplies

Monitor client check stock

Other Work from Office Tasks

Notary responsibilities

PUC documents need to be signed and notarized.

Sales/Property Tax Documents

Tax team has tax related documents and payments that need to be physically mailed.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $18/hr. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
