Responsibilities
- Perform neurosurgical procedures with precision and care
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary care
- Stay updated on advancements in neurosurgery techniques and technologies
- Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in the state of Virginia
- Completion of a residency in neurosurgery
- Strong clinical skills and experience in neurosurgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Experience in a locum or temporary position is preferred
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts
Required Procedures: General spine cases and minor cranial works
Daily Caseload: 2
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
