Job Title: Property Management Specialist

Job Summary
The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for managing residential and/or commercial properties ensuring smooth operations tenant satisfaction and optimal property performance. The role involves handling tenant relations lease administration maintenance coordination and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential and/or commercial properties.
Ensure properties are well-maintained operational and compliant with safety standards.
Coordinate with facility management and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
Tenant & Lease Management
Manage tenant inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Handle lease administration including renewals terminations and amendments.
Conduct property inspections before tenant move-in and after move-out.
Financial & Administrative Management
Monitor rental payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections and reporting.
Maintain accurate tenant records lease documents and property files.
Assist in preparing property budgets and expense tracking.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare periodic reports on property performance occupancy rates and tenant issues.
Ensure compliance with Qatar real estate laws company policies and lease agreements.
Support property audits and documentation processes.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Property Management or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in property management within Qatars real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of property leasing tenant management and maintenance coordination.
Familiarity with property management systems and MS Office.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and tenants simultaneously Customer service orientation Knowledge of Qatar real estate regulations
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Property Management or related 4 years of experience in property management within Qatars real estate knowledge of property leasing tenant management and maintenance with property management systems and MS Office.
