Join DXC Technology as we accelerate our Consulting & Engineering Services business across key privatesector industries. Were seeking a dynamic inclusive commercially driven leader who can inspire teams open new paths to growth and build trusted partnerships with senior executives.

This is a highvisibility role with full P&L accountability for an $80M portfolio ideal for a leader ready to shape meaningful change.

Your Mission

Advance DXCs position as a strategic transformation partner across the private sector by:

  • Building and executing a bold multiindustry CES growth strategy
  • Creating consultingled entry points that spark largescale transformation programmes
  • Expanding engagements in Applications Data & AI and Enterprise Applications
  • Developing diverse highperforming teams aligned to industry priorities
  • Establishing DXC as a longterm trusted transformation advisor

  • Define and own the CES privatesector growth strategy
  • Identify whitespace and build multiyear account roadmaps

ConsultingLed Market Penetration

  • Lead advisoryled sales approaches to unlock new buying centres
  • Shape compelling industryspecific transformation stories
  • Convert early wins into scaled programmes across data apps & engineering

Executive Relationship Leadership

  • Build trusted credible partnerships with CIOs CTOs CDOs and business execs
  • Navigate complex enterprises with empathy clarity and presence

Business Development & Deal Governance

  • Build and lead a strong qualified pipeline
  • Orchestrate crossfunctional pursuit teams
  • Drive commercial discipline and win highvalue engagements

Team & Culture Leadership

  • Build an inclusive industryaligned CES leadership team
  • Develop emerging leaders and foster a culture of energy ambition & growth
  • Align global delivery and ecosystem partners to scale impact

  • Proven success in business development or account expansion

  • Track record building new logos or transformation programmes
