Were looking for a People & Talent Partner to join our People team. As a key member of a small and collaborative team this role will play an important part in supporting both our Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions helping deliver a thoughtful efficient and magical experience for candidates employees and hiring managers.
This role will work across the full employee lifecycle from supporting recruitment and guiding new hires through onboarding to helping administer People programs and ensuring our HR systems and processes run smoothly. Youll act as a key operational partner to the business providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders while helping the People team continuously elevate how we work.
