Job Summary

We are looking for a Confirmed IT Project Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within a public sector environment.

The role focuses on the continued development and optimization of a critical software platform supporting core operational processes such as resident identification accommodation management and social support services. The objective is to improve flexibility usability and efficiency while reducing administrative workload.

You will work in an Agile environment and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and process improvements.

Key requirements

Strong experience as IT Project Manager in complex environments
Expert level in Agile and Scrum
Strong knowledge of BPMN and business/operations modelling
Experience with IT project delivery and stakeholder management
PRINCE2 is a plus

Languages

English: active proficiency (mandatory)
Dutch and French: passive understanding

Location and setup

Brussels area
Hybrid working model (23 days on site per week)

7-month full-time assignment
