DescriptionAbout the role
Were looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Administrator to play a key role in our Service and Retention team. This is a hands-on position where youll combine strong administration skills with leadership problem-solving and customer focus.
Youll be trusted to manage complex and escalated customer matters support service delivery across multiple channels and coach team members to maintain high standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility autonomy and being a senior point of contact.
Youll work closely with the Customer Care Manager and step in to support day-to-day operations when required helping ensure service levels call centre standards and customer outcomes are consistently met.

Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete customer administration accurately and within agreed service levels
- Manage complex sensitive and escalated customer cases to resolution
- Coach and mentor team members and contractors to lift capability and performance
- Support service delivery across all channels including call overflow when required
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in customer service or customer administration roles
- Strong administration and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience handling escalations complaints or high-impact customer issues
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Strong communication skills and a proactive positive can-do attitude
