You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents support access control and visitor flow and document observations in clear reports. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry assist with visitor processing and direct deliveries to appropriate receiving areas per site policy.
• Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; contact site leadership and/or emergency services as directed and provide clear information.
• Complete security-related reports and logs document unusual activity and communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
