QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a valid Massachusetts teachers license or Bachelors degree

REPORTS TO:Program Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The site coordinator will:

supervise the teachers and paraprofessionals
oversee implementation of the program and fidelity to grant requirements
maintain attendance records for teachers and students
assist in the recruitment of teachers and paraprofessionals
ensure student safety and follow appropriate emergency protocols
reach out to families to engage them in the program

SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong knowledge of current educational practices
Be organized and able to multi-task
Strong leadership skills
