Job Description
Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a Energy Retrofit Project Manager to lead and deliver high quality energy assessments and retrofit projects across domestic and commercial buildings.
What you will do:
- Carry out domestic and commercial BERs and retrofit surveys
- Complete Home Energy Assessments (HEAs) and technical reports
- Manage projects from survey through to completion
- Coordinate with clients contractors and the internal team
- Support SEAI grant applications and programme delivery
- Assess retrofit and renewable measures (heat pumps ventilation solar PV)
What you will need:
- Level 7 qualificationin Construction Engineering Architecture Architectural Technology or Sustainability
- Registered BER Assessor (Domestic and Commercial)
- 3-4 years experience in BER assessments and retrofit surveys
- Experience withSEAI grants or retrofit programmes
- Full driving licence required
Salary:
- 55000 plus expenses
