DescriptionWe have a new Business Analyst role available to support transformational projects across claims operations collaborating closely with claims handlers senior management and cross-functional teams. The role requires a level of technical analysis and operational subject matter expertise process optimisation and strategic transformation. The Business Analyst will contribute to efficiency savings solution design and the development of sustainable claims process solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications- Professional experience in business analysis or project management preferably with claims knowledge
- Experience in lean and 6-sigma methodologies
- Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience with data analysis or visualization is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior management
- Analytical thinking and excellent numerical understanding
- Ability to independently develop strategies and deliver ambitious goals
- Experience working in international insurance and matrix structures
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required (approx. 10%)
