About the role:
We are seeking an Associate to join us within our asset management team and occupier team based in Birmingham.
You will be working as part of a busy team supporting and working closely with a Partner or other senior team will be managing your own files and will have direct contact with clients and agents to provide asset management services to investors. Your work will involve a whole range of leasehold transactions including granting new leases renewals surrenders re-gears dealing with landlords and/tenants works licences and will be opportunity to do freehold acquisition and disposal work.
We may also ask you to support on large acquisition or financing transactions involving a large number of the team.
You will also liaise with our other real estate teams to help co-ordinate a broad service to our clients.
The role may also involve supporting some of our occupier clients including telecoms operators.
