Responsibilities:
56 years of experience as a Salesforce BA/Admin.
Strong knowledge of: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Flow Builder
Reports & Dashboards
Data management tools (Data Loader)
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD FRD User Stories).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Business Analysis
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct workshops requirement sessions and process mapping.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Perform UAT coordination and support end users during testing.
Provide process improvement recommendations using Salesforce capabilities.
Salesforce Administration
Manage users roles profiles and permission sets.
Configure objects fields page layouts validation rules workflows and flows.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Manage data imports exports and data quality initiatives.
Support automation using Flow Builder and approval processes.
Monitor system performance and maintain platform security.
