SÆTHER is a leading player in the Nordic beauty market and we are now looking for a Department Store Manager to elevate and develop our business at NK Stockholm and Åhléns City this role you will be responsible for driving performance across all SÆTHER brands while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.

As Department Store Manager your mission is to secure a strong and seamless retail operation accelerate sell-out performance and build a best-in-class brand execution based on sales focus team spirit and elevated in-store experiences.

Key responsibilities

Ensure seamless daily operations and in-store excellence in line with SÆTHER standards and VM guidelines.
Drive and monitor sales performance and KPIs across all counters and brands ensuring clear priorities aligned with commercial goals.
Develop and implement initiatives to accelerate sell-out performance and strengthen brand rankings.
Lead by example with a strong presence on the sales floor supporting sell-out coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding results and customer experiences.
Support and execute in-store activities counter events and master classes.
Monitor inventory levels and take proactive action when needed.
Act as the daily link between the sales operation and SÆTHER HQ (KAM Activation Education and Marketing).
Ensure all team members maintain a high level of brand and product knowledge through training.
Provide monthly reporting to KAM and Marketing including sales performance brand insights and competitor landscape.

Your qualifications

You are a hands-on performance driven leader who thrives on the sales floor. You combine commercial drive with strong interpersonal skills and understand what it takes to succeed in a competitive retail environment. Also:

Relevant experience from retail department stores or beauty industry.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
Strong commercial mindset with analytical skills.
Experience working with KPIs brand guidelines sales targets and performance follow-up.
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
Well-structured proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
