Job Summary
The Technical Architect is responsible for overseeing daytoday support operations managing a team of support analysts/engineers ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high service availability. The role focuses on incident management stakeholder communication SLA adherence continuous process improvement and coordination with crossfunctional teams such as Development Product Vendor and Business Operations.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga Ontario / Calgary Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Required Qualifications:
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud and related technologies
- Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service Service Entitlements/Coverages Scheduling and Field service execution.
- Skilled with Application and Page Composer Groovy Scripting Redwood UX and Visual Builder Data Migration Reporting and Analytics.
- Experience of Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of Webservices based integration
- PoC ideation creation and demonstration to client
Preferred Qualifications:
- Perform role of a Technical Architect at onsite / onshore and work with offshore team on deliverables.
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Strong knowledge of application support cloud platforms or enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure during outages.
- Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
