Job Summary
This is not your average recruitment gig. This is your chance to be part of a national Talent Acquisition team (of 8) that thrives on connection creativity and delivering high-impact outcomes. Based out of our Upper Mount Gravatt office 1-2 days per week youll be the engine that keeps our QLD talent pipeline flowing.
A peek into your new role
- Delivering high-volume TA support youll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our QLD services
- Building strong partnerships and capability amongst your hiring managers - setting clear expectations communicating progress etc
- Building pipelines creating standout ads proactively sourcing and maintaining candidate momentum
- Monitoring market trends sharing insights and evolving our TA strategy
- Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects
