This role is designed for ahighpotential junior professional who will act as adigital multiplier within V2V operations:

Connecting data across systems
Turning information into actionable insights
Simplifying and automating operational workflows
Experimenting with AI and lowcode tools to improve daytoday execution

You will not only support operationsyou willactively shape smarter ways of working. You will represent the business in a hub and spoke model where digital enablement is centrally governed and business teams are empowered to build solutions through citizen development.

Key Accountabilities

1. Digital Enablement through Citizen Development

Act as theprimary digital point of contact for EMEA V2V order management and delivery operations
Identify opportunities tosimplify automate or digitize operational processes
Design and buildcitizen development solutions using lowcode / nocode tools
Maintain and continuously improve existing digital solutions
Act as abridge between business and digital partners (Patient Experience & Delivery JJT etc.)

2. Data Integration & Insight Generation

Support theconnection transformation and harmonization of data across systems
Build and maintainPower BI dashboards that provide:
- Operational visibility
- Performance tracking
- Early risk indicators
Translate complex data intoclear businessrelevant insights for nontechnical stakeholders

3. Automation & Workflow Optimization

Develop and optimizeautomated workflows (e.g. Power Automate Alteryx)
Reduce manual effort errors and cycle times in daily operations
Support scalability and robustness of digital solutions

4. AI Exploration & Innovation

Experiment withAI and emerging digital tools (eg. Copilot) relevant to operations and decisionmaking
Translate promising use cases intopractical compliant applications

5. Data Quality & Scalability

Contribute toimproving data quality consistency and governance
Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and fit for a regulated environment

Required Background & Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Data Engineering Economics or similar
Stronganalytical mindset with a structured approach to problemsolving
Clear interest indigital tools automation and AI
Ability to work inambiguous environments and take initiative
Strong communication skillsable totranslate data into clear insights
Fluent in English

Technical Exposure (Nice to Have)

Initial handson experience (internship thesis project work) with:
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- SQL
- Python
- Power Automate or similar tools
