- B. Comm B. Tech Degree in HR ManagementESSENTIAL
- Must have retail FMCG industry experience in the role of a Junior HR Manager
- Minimum of 10 years combined working experience as a HR Generalist with Junior HR Management role in a Retail or similar environmentESSENTIAL
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws such as BCEA LRA EE SDA and Health and Safety regulations ESSENTIAL
- Experience in Employee Relations / Talent Acquisition / Talent Management / Training & Development / BBBEE & Employment Equity & HR Administration / Representing the organisation at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration)ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to manage employee HEAD COUNT OF 600 EMPLOYEES
- Must be confident to work on SAGE VIP Payroll for 600 employees ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to manage high volume of HR administration & HR processes ESSENTIAL
- Proficient on all MS Office packages ESSENTIAL
- Solid working experience on VIP Premier ESSENTIAL
- Valid Drivers License (no endorsements)ESSENTIAL
