Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Deliver a member of Johnson & Johnsons Family of Companies is recruiting for a Global Deliver Director to support the J&J Surgical Vision business & Vision complex programs located in Jacksonville Florida.

The Function is initiating ground-breaking change across the business with a focus on providing a dedicated Global Deliver Lead in Surgical Vision integrating Deliver within the core E2E processes and driving Deliver functional excellence all focused on enhancing our Customer Promise.

As a member of the J&J Vision Global Deliver team this leader will implement a strategy that ensures reliable supply through Deliver integration in E2E processes and orchestrates routine execution within regional deliver operations. This integral position represents Surgical Vision Deliver through balanced roles with Plan-Source-Make on Global Surgical Vision SCLT and provides Deliver perspective on key E2E projects. Secondarily this role will lead complex Deliver programs across the Vision business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads regional Deliver teams to shape a cohesive customer experience and roadmap define and deliver customer logistics collaboration priorities set customer service SLAs and orchestrate day to day transactional customer service activities including call handling issue resolution.

Leads regional segment Deliver teams to define distribution / transportation and optimization priorities set SLAs and orchestrate day to day transactional activities required to ensure reliable supply

• Key member of both Vision Global Deliver Leadership Team & Surgical Vision End-to-End Leadership Team.
• Accountable to deploy business strategy through high impact E2E programs including direct responsibility for program management budget achieve key outcomes & change management.
• Develops talent through direct reports & E2E team and continues to demonstrate functional excellence; actively sponsors and mentors key talent across E2E supply chain builds leadership capabilities in team
• Shared accountability for OTIF-D (On-Time In Full at Delivery metrics) as part of E2E SC; drives structured problem solving for failure modes linked to Deliver including partnering to address E2E issues
• Shared accountability with E2E SC for optimizing inventory levels visibility analytics provides access to inventory implications of E2E planning processes service levels cost to serve E2E product flows and network design
• Shared accountability with E2E SC to ensure a robust foundation in compliance including trade compliance CLS Quality EH&S financial compliance
• Partners with E2E SC and J&J compliance functional pillars to set compliance agenda monitor performance surface and drive rapid resolution of compliance risk; drives trade compliance for segment
• Bridges commercial and supply chain to bring VoC NPS and customer experience insights to the table to define and assess performance against a cohesive customer promise
• Supports E2E supply chain by integrating Deliver within core planning processes (e.g. rapid response issue management / partner concerns strategic capacity planning S&OP and E2E product flow optimization
• Aligns Deliver resources to support BD activities (e.g. due diligence); ensures integration / separation projects are appropriately resource from a Deliver perspective at the global and regional level

Qualifications & Experience Recommended

• Proven skill to balance focus across: operations and customers global and regional enterprise and segment
• Demonstrates impact in complex leadership roles with E2E approach and collaborative influence-based leadership approach
• Drives integration of Deliver Operations and Plan processes with S&OP LRFP and Short-Term Exceptions Management / Issue Management processes

Required Skills:

• A bachelors degree minimum
• A minimum of 10 years of related business experience
• A minimum of 4 years experience working in or partnering with supply chain functions
• A minimum of 2 years people management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead complexity across a broad product portfolio
• This position will be located in Jacksonville FL and may require up to 25% domestic and international travel

Preferred Skills:

• An MBA Masters Degree or other Advanced degree
• Understanding of Value Stream STEM or S&OP processes
• Experience working in a regulated environment or consumer packaged goods
• Experience with a focus in Customer Service Operations Strategy and management of large programs
• Strong understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service Warehousing and Transportation) planning and WH systems
