Human Resources Assistant ( HRA )
Full-Time On-Site M-F
Hourly Rate: $19/hr-$24/hr
We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership accountability and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on hospital-based HR role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers leaders and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant you will report to the HR Manager and you will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department as well as provide additional support to Administration/CEO and other departments as needed.
- Clerical responsibilities such as typing filing compiling records.
- You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Preferred qualificationsthat will make you successful:
- College courses are preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility is also preferred.
