Job Summary

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities:Performs assigned preventive routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems. Performs on-call duties as assigned. Exhibits exceptional customer service and team skills. Integrates safety procedures into every job task.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the Universitys mission and who will be an active participant in their local church.
A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
A minimum of five (5) years employment experience in plumbing is required.
Proficiency in the use of power tools (drills saws sanders etc.) is required.
The successful completion of OSHA/safety training in PPE forklift operation and related topics is strongly preferred.
Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
Must possess a current and valid Texas drivers license and be insurable under UMHB auto coverage.
Must agree to the Universitys Employee Statement of Understanding.
