Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room. The OR Manager will ensure the safe efficient and high-quality delivery of surgical care manage a team of surgical staff and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and an in-depth understanding of clinical practices in a surgical environment.
Qualifications :
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- At least six months of previous leadership experience (charge RN lead supervisor etc.)
What is preferred...
- BSN/MSN
- CNOR
- Five years of previous and varied perioperative services experience
Additional Information :
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $113900/year and goes up to $160800/year. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 40 hours/week; Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p
