40Job Description Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) Enterprise PMO operates under the direction of the EPMO Director and plays a critical role in advancing MarinHealths strategic priorities. This position leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives across clinical operations revenue cycle information technology finance and other key business functions.This role is responsible for driving execution ensuring alignment to organizational strategy and delivering measurable outcomes. The PM partners closely with clinical operational and executive leaders to maintain visibility into project performance proactively manage risks and ensure timely high-quality delivery.

Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a complex matrixed organization
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Experience in healthcare medical group or health system environment strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project or similar)
Experience with Agile Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
Experience building and managing project dashboards automation and reporting tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
Familiarity with revenue cycle clinical operations or healthcare IT systems (e.g. Epic)
Experience supporting executive governance steering committees or enterprise portfolios
Exposure to healthcare integrations acquisitions or large-scale operational initiatives

Duties And Responsibilities:

Enterprise Project Delivery
Lead execution of multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment to scope timeline budget and strategic priorities
Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables
Maintain accountability for project outcomes milestones and measurable impact
Governance & Execution Excellence
Develop and maintain core project artifacts including project plans RAID logs dashboards and executive status reports
Ensure consistent use of EPMO methodologies tools and governance standards
Support project intake prioritization and portfolio alignment with organizational strategy
Stakeholder & Executive Partnership
Facilitate project governance forums including executive steering committees ensuring clear decisions and accountability
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive alignment adoption and change readiness
Communicate effectively across all levels translating complex information into clear actionable insights
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Proactively identify risks dependencies and barriers; implement mitigation strategies
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment
Drive data-informed decision-making through analysis and reporting

Partner with leaders to ensure sustainable adoption and operational integration

The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay is set by skills experience qualifications and internal/market equity consistent with MarinHealths compensation philosophy. Positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by those agreements.
