- Being the voice of the drivers ensuring that you share their day-to-day work experiences with other departments in our company and drive process improvements
- Leading and participating in projects aimed at improving the way the people services team works
Qualifications :
- Ideally you have had some experience in customer service and/or other customer-facing jobs
- Youve worked in a delivery job before or have a good understanding of what it takes to be a courier driver
- You have experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Intercom
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are organized detail-oriented and not afraid to take on new tasks
- You are fluent in English (German is a big plus!)
