Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure)

Your tasks:

Design implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS) primarily in Azure

Build and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Crossplane)

Ensure high availability scalability reliability and performance of production systems

Monitor cloud environments troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis

Implement cloud security best practices (identity networking secrets management compliance)

Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization

Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

Collaborate with development teams to enable smooth and secure application deployments

Maintain clear documentation of architectures processes and operational procedures

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation

Knowledge of cloud networking security and identity concepts

Familiarity with Linux-based systems

Experience supporting production systems

Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams

Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

What gives you further advantages:

Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-104 AZ-305)

Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

Experience with advanced CI/CD setups (GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins)

Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana cloud-native solutions)

Scripting experience (Bash Python)

Experience in cost optimization / FinOps practices

Exposure to multi-cloud environments
