Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 3-4 Years as Business Analyst
Responsibilities
This is a varied business facing role with the following responsibilities:
Identify and gather requirements translating into best practice scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Requirement analysis with business and technical team.
Documentation: Preparing requirement documents (BRDs) functional design document (FDD/SRS) writing user stories preparation of software application mockups using tools
Project Communication: Communication with BA team leaders for requirement presentation change queries closure UAT and Hyper care support. Manage internal communications preparation of MOMs
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
New user and ongoing user training
User Manual documentation
Qualifications :
Business Analyst Skills (Requirement Gathering & Analysis Solution Design)
Bachelors/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification
MS Office
Prototype Preparation using any tool (e.g. Balsamic Figma etc.)
MS Team
Knowledge about Waterfall and Agile SDLC cycle
