Bartender (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest experience is crafted with care and every team member contributes to creating moments of genuine connection and refined hospitality. As a Bartender you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences combining creativity skill and attentive service to elevate every guest interaction.

In this role you will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with a strong focus on cocktails and spirits while also demonstrating solid knowledge of coffee preparation. With your passion for mixology attention to detail and guest-oriented mindset you will create memorable moments at the bar ensuring every drink reflects the high standards of the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails spirits and beverages with precision creativity and consistency
• Demonstrate good knowledge of coffee preparation including espresso-based drinks and basic barista techniques
• Provide attentive personalized service engaging with guests and anticipating their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure proper handling storage and presentation of all beverages and ingredients
• Collaborate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Uphold brand standards and deliver a refined and welcoming bar experience at all times
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel resort bar or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits with basic to good understanding of coffee preparation
• Fluency in English additional languages will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• A positive attitude team spirit and passion for hospitality
