As the Community Partnerships Intern reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships you will help evaluate and strengthen the B.A.L.L. For Life program by developing recommendations defining and tracking impact metrics and supporting the execution of community program events. You will blend strategy measurement and handson execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic growth and effect measurement of the B.A.L.L. for Life program focused on improving financial wellbeing for young adults.
- Help design next years pitch competition including the problem statement and competition format.
- Support planning and onsite execution to provide a highimpact event presence.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Masters degree program in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- Returning to school in the Fall of 2026 to complete degree program.
- Interest in Inclusion and Belonging.
- Experience with impact measurement or program evaluation.
- Project management experience.
- Interest in financial empowerment community partnerships or social impact.
