About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an AI data centre infrastructure company that offers advanced colocation services designed to ensure exceptional performance robust security and cost-effective operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage finance and accounting journal entries with a strong focus on industry-specific practices for data centres.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare analyse and present financial statements management reports and performance dashboards for executive review.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to directors and senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes cost efficiency and investment strategies.
- Support audits risk assessments and internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Contribute to financial planning budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting with strong knowledge of journal entries and practices specific to the data centre industry.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) with additional capability in Mandarin considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and advisory skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with directors senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of integrity attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset.
- Professional diplomatic and confident in presenting recommendations to senior executives.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced global industry environment.
- Collaborative yet capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
