- Maintenance Manager (60 employees)
- Quality Manager (40 employees)
- Planning & Purchasing Manager (10 employees)
- Continuous Improvement Leader (8 employees)
Team Under Your Leadership: Approximately 570 people (Total Employees 1200)
Position Expectations:
- Control production area operations by managing human resources equipment and systems effectively to ensure compliance with production plans within the established productivity and quality standards.
- Exhibit strong leadership and critical self-awareness in decision-making and actions.
- Lead the companys production capacity expansion plan of 30% over the next 12 months.
- Promote professional and human development for team members establishing effective succession planning.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead excellence in the areas of Production Maintenance Quality Planning/Purchasing and Continuous Improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to plan production identify strengths and areas for improvement in current processes and implement solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Lead the areas budget (Capex/Opex) and present monthly results comparing Budget vs. Actual along with any necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure excellence in the areas under your responsibility by working closely with department heads to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and quality.
- Identify the training needs of your team and organize training sessions ensuring that the team has the appropriate talent to meet productivity and quality demands.
- Plan and organize the production schedule renegotiating and adjusting deadlines as necessary.
- Oversee and ensure that final products meet all established requirements throughout the production process.
- Ensure that the company complies with current industrial safety and hygiene regulations.
Work Conditions (External Office):
- International Travel: Once every 3 years to machinery trade shows
- Company Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Mechanical Chemical Engineering or similar fields.
- Masters Degree (desirable).
