We are currently hiring a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a dynamic and performance-driven team in Lisbon.
This role focuses on implementing optimization strategies for high-value clients and improving digital campaign performance across major platforms.
What Youll Be Doing:

Implement optimization solutions & strategies for high-value customers

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
-
Create keyword packs bid strategies & budget recommendations
-
Analyze campaign data & trends to generate actionable insights
-
Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports
-
Develop expertise across Google products (Search Network Mobile YouTube etc.)
Mandatory Requirements:

C1 German
-
B2 English
-
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (GNS)

Analytical mindset & good understanding of KPIs

Excel knowledge
