We are hiring Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers with paid campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Role Overview
Customer support role focused on paid campaign management campaign optimization and performance analysis. You will assist advertisers using marketing tools and analytics to improve results.
Working Hours

Initial schedule: MondaySunday 07:0019:00

Shifts: 07:0016:00 / 10:0019:00

Later stage (TBC) : 24/7 rotating shifts -
2 rotating days off
Requirements

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or related field

Mandatory experience with Google Analytics

For Arabic role (some positions):

Knowledge of HTML / Web Development

Experience with Pixel data & API integrations

Salary: 920 gross (14 months)
Complexity Bonus: 40 (11 months)
