Customer Service Representative (German English)

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Contract Type: 6-month contract
Starting Date: 5 February 2026

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays)

  • 08:00 17:00 (Portuguese time)

  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our team in this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and/or chat

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (spoken & written)

  • Good command of English

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)

  • Performance Bonus: N/A

  • Complexity Bonus: 150 (paid over 12 months)
