Were looking for an Operational Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team and support the delivery of our group compliance programme.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning compliance frameworks into practical operational processes working closely with teams across the business to manage risk and ensure we remain compliant and audit-ready.

The role
Were looking for an Operational Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team and support the delivery of our group compliance programme.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning compliance frameworks into practical operational processes working closely with teams across the business to manage risk and ensure we remain compliant and audit-ready.
You will.
- Deliver operational aspects of the group compliance programme
- Coordinate risk assessments risk registers and mitigation tracking
- Manage incident reporting investigations and corrective actions
- Execute the internal audit schedule and support external certifications
- Oversee health and safety compliance frameworks
- Manage third-party risk and supplier due diligence processes
What were looking for
- Experience in operational compliance governance or risk management
- Practical experience working with ISO 27001 Cyber Essentials or similar frameworks
- Experience supporting internal or external audits
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Someone who can work independently exercise good judgement and influence stakeholders

- A base salary of up to 45-60K and bonusdepending on experience
