Job Title: Hand Sewing OperativeWe are looking for Hand Sewers to join our growing team in is a permanent full-time working 38 hours per week on a dayshift position. Different hours can be discussed with the right of pay for this role is 13.08 per hour increasing to 13.45 in May training will be provided but if you have experience in this role or something similar your expertise will be highly valued and the RoleIn this role you will be: Hand sewing fine details logos and labels onto luxury accessoriesFinishing products by attaching trims accurately according to measurementsMatching patterns and knit structures to ensure a high-quality finishWorking with a variety of styles of luxury accessoriesHandling premium fibres including cashmere with care and precisionAbout YouYou will:Be a confident & experienced hand sewer competent working on luxury productHave excellent hand eye co-ordinationEnjoy focusing on fine details and ensuring product is completed correctlyAbout UsFounded in 1797 Johnstons of Elgin is an innovative luxury clothing brand celebrating 225 years of experience in working with the worlds finest fibres.
