Our Office HR Business Partnering team drives global people strategies aligned with business priorities. We partner with senior leadership on organizational change talent management and performance optimization using data-driven insights to shape a high-performing culture.

As a Sales Manager at PVH you will face a frequently challenging environment as a brand ambassador and performance driven expert. You are the voice for your market and to our headquarters in Amsterdam. Team leader and -developer that can energize their sales teams and a strategic visionary of all Division related tasks and challenges from a sales perspective.

A day in the life of a Strategic Sales Manager E-Commerce (m/f/x):

  • You will lead develop and motivate your cross- divisional sales team with passion and integrity thereby empower individuality and inclusivity
  • You will be fully in charge as number one go-to person for a specific European PurePlayer within our PVH Region West and European online environment to drive and streamline all related topics from end-to-end
  • You are overseeing and owning the strategic direction of one of our largest European Pure Players to create a holistic brand strategy
  • You will plan control and handle the operational and strategic cooperation (including action and annual planning control of marketing activities annual marketing planning)
  • You will be responsible for sales and revenue planning the achievement of specified targets and to maximize potentials
  • You will develop and advance a segmented product strategy as well as a future-oriented product build-up with a view to all digital channels by reading and analyzing all relevant customer data
  • You will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive a cross-functional approach e.g. relevant partners and customers our headquarter in Amsterdam Customer Service Marketing and our external Marketing agency
  • You will drive cross- functional projects in an agile E-Commerce team structure

What do we need from you You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years profound work experience as Sales- and/or Key Account Manager in E-Commerce or Omni-Channel (textile or related fields)
  • Proven experience in leading a small but agile (sales) team
  • High degree of team spirit
  • Solution-oriented and precise working method and a strong analytical skillset
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and natural desire for improving solutions across people processes and systems by applying a strategic mindset
  • A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software to further translate work resources into efficiency
  • The ability to communicate on all levels to influence and drive interdepartmental collaboration
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Very good command of MS-Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)
