German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor Relocation to Lisbon

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity abroad

A leading global company specializing in customer experience services is expanding its multilingual operations in Lisbon and is currently seeking German-speaking Customer Support Advisors.

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers
Assist customers via phone email or live chat
Resolve questions related to products services or accounts
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
Record and manage customer cases accurately
Collaborate with internal departments when necessary

Requirements

C1 level German (minimum)
B2 English
EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
Customer-oriented mindset
Good communication and organizational skills

Experience in customer service is welcome but not mandatory as training will be provided.
