Salary: 3300 BGN gross base
Bonus: 1425 BGN target bonus per quarter
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join a growing team in the digital and tech space. This role focuses on business development lead generation and driving revenue through outbound sales activities.

Responsibilities

Identify generate and qualify new B2B leads

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients

Present digital/tech solutions to decision-makers

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates

Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Requirements
-
Fluent German (C1C2) and strong English (B2)

Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

Background in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly preferred

Solid understanding of business development and lead qualification methodologies

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
