Deliver large and bulky packages in a 26 box truck with just a standard drivers license (no CDL required). Join our XL Delivery team and build a solid career with great pay benefits and advancement opportunities.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $23.75/hr.

Overtime: $35.63/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)

Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a DOT-regulated 26 box truck following traffic and safety laws.

Work with a helper to load deliver and install heavy/bulky items (appliances furniture TVs).

Provide excellent customer service and ensure deliveries are completed on time and damage-free.

Use mobile tools and handheld devices to manage routes and deliveries.

Problem-solve challenges on routes and assist other teams if needed.

Requirements:

Must be 21 with a valid U.S. drivers license (Class E in MO).

Must have or obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Physically able to lift/move 50-250 lbs. with a partner.

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/MVR check.

Basic English proficiency (speaking reading writing).

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Schedule & Location:

Overtime available at 1.5x pay.

Location: 2361 S Withers Rd Liberty MO 64068. All local routes home every night.

Training: Paid training provided start in as little as 2-4 weeks.
