We are hiring for our client a leading professional services consultancy who are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to join their HR Consultancy team in Belfast (Hybrid).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning professional who is passionate about facilitating impactful learning experiences and helping individuals and organisations build capability and leadership effectiveness.

The Learning & Development Consultant will design and deliver engaging development programmes that enable individuals and managers to improve performance build resilience and develop practical leadership skills.

Working within a consultancy environment this role will involve partnering with a diverse client base to translate business challenges into meaningful learning experiences.

The Role

• Design engaging and practical learning programmes that support leadership and management development
• Facilitate impactful learning experiences both in-person and virtually
• Deliver programmes focused on themes such as personal effectiveness leadership communication resilience and decision-making
• Support clients in building capability and improving performance
• Manage multiple programmes and client engagements within a busy consultancy environment
• Use feedback and impact data to continuously improve learning programmes
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across different sectors
• Support programme evaluation and impact measurement
• Contribute to the development of innovative learning solutions across the consultancy

The Person

• Proven experience delivering management leadership or professional development programmes
• Passion for facilitating learning experiences and interactive workshops
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage participants at all levels
• Experience designing practical learning solutions that drive behaviour change and performance improvement
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work at pace in a consultancy environment
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills

Desirable:

• CIPD qualification
• Teaching or professional development accreditation
• Experience working with ILM CMI or similar awarding bodies
• Experience with psychometric tools (e.g. DiSC Insights Discovery MBTI)
