Role:Marketing Manager - Part Time (3 days a week)

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client (an internationally known B2B organisation) the Marketing Manager will play a key role inestablishinga new event and in doing soexecutingand taking ownership of all marketing activityto hit targets and drive a successful launch.

Reporting to the clientsHead of Marketing theMarketing Managersfocus will be toestablishreachengageand grow audiences by executing multi-channel campaigns that drivebrand awareness andconvert quality leads.This role is crucial to deliver on our clientscommercial and marketingambitionfortheir Portfolio.

You will be part of a much larger team within the Digital Centre of Excellence.Youwill also be working in collaboration with the wider client marketing team and you will be expected to work closely with our clients other external agencies and partners.


The individual needs to be analytical and data orientated with a history of testing and optimisation but with creative flair and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate should have experience of marketing automation technologies and be accustomed to delivering in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

You willoversee the strategic developmentand deliveryof marketing campaigns in line withbusinessobjectivesset by the HeadofMarketing.Youllbe responsible fortheplanning building andimplementation ofintegratedmarketing campaigns across multiple channels and platformsto launch abrand newevent.

You will use organic search campaigns paid advertising email marketing social media and other channels togrow audiences and audience engagement plusincreasing theawarenessabout our clients branddigitalproduct offering and services ensuring a joined upholistic approachacross the digital marketing ecosystem.

You willuse data analytics software tools such as Google Analytics to understand how yourcampaigns are performingandidentifythe beststrategicopportunities to advance business goals for generating brand awareness and increasing conversions.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Work with theDigital Centre of Excellenceclient marketingteamand external agenciesto ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPIsand marketing strategy.
  • Being the owner of one of the clients flagship events and working across a range of digital products providing guidance feedback and inspiration.
  • Monitor campaign performance produce relevant andtimelyreportsand recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.
  • Experience of creating tailored/relevantcustomer commstargeted at key audiences designed to drive engagement and conversion.
  • An advanced knowledge of SEO PPC CRO Data-Analytics Email Marketing Social Website CMS and Display and understanding the role that each channel plays in the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Recommend website strategy to maximise relevant traffic and conversion.
  • Monitor and adjust digital marketing activity based on performance metrics with the curiosity toidentifyinsights and best practices to read and continually optimise performance based on results.
  • Develop and deliver content calendars through relevant channels (email marketing social media digital marketing direct mail etc).
  • Having a digital-first mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
  • Having the strategicknow-howwhen it comes to planning digital content campaigns coupled with the skills to effectively execute.
  • The ability to deliver the right messages to right audiences at the righttime andbeing able toevidencestrategies you implemented.
  • Ability to managebudgetandspend andto informchannel annual planning.
  • Contribute tomanagement information reporting routines to recognise the impact of spend against each revenuechannel andoptimizeto grow sales trafficconversionand data.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy & Planning Marketing Leaders to intake regional campaign strategies stories and KPIs.
  • Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral to bedeterminedwithin the marketing plan.
  • Partner withcreativeteamto ensure creative assets developed meet the needs of the performance marketing plan including opportunities to test and learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and clear manner that is understandable.
  • Maintain clear communication expectations and timelines with internal teammates and external partners on deliverables.
