What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking an experienced CCaaS Solution Architect to design and deliver cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement and support modern digital customer experience strategies.
In this role you will define end-to-end solution architectures lead technical design activities and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement scalable contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud CX while ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.
Key Requirements:
Design and architect end-to-end CCaaS solutions aligned with business and customer experience requirements.
Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise systems (e.g. CRM ERP) to enable seamless data flow and optimized performance.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams throughout solution design and implementation.
Lead architecture and implementation activities ensuring solutions meet technical functional and performance standards.
Collaborate with clients Product Owners Sales teams and other stakeholders to define and align solution architecture.
Develop and maintain solution documentation including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
Conduct technical and feasibility assessments for complex solutions and support large-scale architecture initiatives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in CCaaS cloud architecture and customer experience platforms.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred)
8 years of experience in solution architecture system design or contact center technology environments
Proven Solution Architect experience in a contact center environment understanding agent workflows and customer interactions
Currently working as a Solutions Architect designing and developing software solutions
Strong programming/software development skills
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements
Experience documenting solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in client-facing and global delivery environments is preferred
