Communications Manager

As a Communications Manager here at Honeywell (internally titled Communications Manager) you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the overall communication strategy for the insert SBG organization. Your primary objective is to ensure that the companys messaging is clear consistent and aligned with its goals both internally and externally. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizations image reputation and brand.

You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the companys brand image and reputation
• Create and manage internal and external communication materials including press releases newsletters and social media content
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals
• Manage crisis communication and media relations activities
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of experience
• Expert with comprehensive knowledge in a specific area or leadership position
• Works under minimal supervision
• Provide guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
• Lead project teams within the business
• Proven experience in corporate communications public relations or related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
